2015

The Factory of the Vaporous No. 1 is the first cloud-capturing machine created by the artist. Made from recycled materials from an old alcohol distillery, it sits halfway between industrial production and a utopian dream.

This mobile system is a portable laboratory that allows the artist to collect samples from the surrounding environment. During her travels, Marie-Luce Nadal captures cloud particles and electrical storm residues, which she then reduces into extracts for redistribution.
