La Fabrique du Vaporeux n°2 (The Factory of the Vaporous n°2) is the second cloud-capturing machine created by the artist.
Made from recycled objects (composed mostly of industrial materials) like La Fabrique du Vaporeux n°1, La Fabrique du Vaporeux n°2 is lit from the inside, rendering its different working organs visible.
Enclosed in a steel and plastic carcass, it rises vertically, like a totem revealing the activity of declining fossil fuel exploitation. It is distilled, fragmented, sifted and assembled to produce a pure essence of vintage cloud.
